Mid Century Wall Sculpture by Elizabeth Lewis

Mid Century modernist wall sculpture by Welsh artist Elizabeth Lewis in the late 60’s early 70’s.  Made of various metal parts and resin depicting a fish on the seabed. The sculpture is on a wooden base and set on a fabric backboard, in good condition and signed to the reverse.

Elizabeth Lewis created industrial murals and her corporate commissions include wall panels for boardrooms and foyers including Rolls Royce in London and Paris (seen in image) in the early 70’s using turbine blades and other aero-engine components.
