Victorian pop-up burr walnut piano top Davenport desk. A superbly fitted upper pop up section with a rack of letter holders. Realised from pull slide on the roof of the right side inner drawer. Raised writing slope with pull out the desktop. Inkwells nib box and pen holder. Bank of side drawers behind a fielded panelled door. Book matched veneers on all front panels. Excellent condition and in good working order. These type of fine davenports in there prime sold for between £5/7000 still worth every penny of that. Today half that price, but for how long!
