Mid Century Gordon Russell Sideboard

A well made mid century sideboard by Gordon Russell of Broadway c1960’s. The sideboard has a satinwood front, rosewood to the top and sides, with a mahogany carcuss and turned handles. A central two door cupboard opens to reveal an arrangement of fixed shelves with various heights, four drawers either side with the top drawers on the left hand side sectioned with brown coloured baize, and stands on turned and shaped legs.
In good condition, no stains or ring marks to the top, the drawers run well, just a few knocks to the bottom frame of the central cupboard doors. There is a very small piece of veneer missing on the third drawer down on the left hand side (shown on image 4).
