A gothic revival chair/hall seat made of solid walnut c1880. A tall backrest carved and shaped to the top, flanked with turned finials to each side. Padded backrest and turned supports, padded seat which lifts to reveal storage below and slatted panels to the front. Newly and professionally upholstered to include webbing and padding to meet with fire regulations, and covered in a new brown leather.
