A rare desk chair from one of Vienna Secession most significant designers Otto Wagner. Model No 714 and produced by Jacob & Josef Kohn(stamped to the underside) c1906. There are a few versions of this chair, this one having the arched design cut-out backrest. Made of bentwood with a curved frame and saddle seat. At some point this chair was requisitioned by NAAFI (Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes) and marked to the underside seen on image.
In good condition, sturdy and no loose joints.
