Rarely have we seen such a superb and handsome piece of utility vernacular furniture dating from the mid 19th century.
Plank top over turned six legged tapered base. With very unusual brass metal covering plates to the stretcher base.
Excellent colour and patination throughout this very solid and sturdy piece.
