An Arts & Crafts Cotswold School ‘Gower’ solid oak bookcase cabinet designed by Paul Matt for Brynmawr Furniture Co c1930’s. The bookcase has a raised chamfered galleried back, divided into three compartments, two having glazed doors, all having a shelved interior and raised on chamfered supports. Distinctive wedge shaped handles and Brynmawr label to the rear.
A really nice clean example of a Brynmawr bookcase, no breaks or repairs and in very good original condition.
