German bisque porcelain ornament in the shape of an elderly Oriental gentleman with two ladies seated either side of him. They are all sitting with crossed legs and are holding a large fan behind their head. Intricately textured clothing with beading and abundant gold accents. Elaborate hair styles. Hand painted in pastel colours. The nodding heads are supported by a metal pin.
They have porcelain counterweights connected to the heads by wooden dowels. They nod freely from side to side.
