A single Cotswold School Arts & Crafts solid oak bedside cabinet with exposed dovetail and tenon joints.
Believed to be made by the students at Loughborough College late 1930’s, intended to allow the students to demonstrate their cabinetmaking skills under the tutorage of Peter Waals and Ernest Barnsley. The items were then used in the student accommodation at Hazlerigg Hall.
In good overall condition, the remnants of the limed oak can be seen.
