Superb Edwardian side table, crafted from solid walnut, in excellent antique condition. Made by Tibbenham of Ipswich, it features a rectangular top with a thumb nail edge resting on a cushion frieze. A single drawer, adorned with a decorative handle. The table stands on intricately carved open barley twist legs, which terminate in ball feet and are elegantly connected by concave stretchers. The rich walnut wood boasts a warm finish, beautifully showcasing the natural grain. Both practical and decorative, this table perfectly encapsulates the Edwardian era’s hallmark attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship.
