A large Victorian mahogany fire screen with an adjustable screen. The front of the panel is embroidered with a garland of small flowers and leaves tied with a two-tone blue bow at the top. The center shows a bird perched on the stem of a rose bush. The back of the panel shows remnants of the red silk backing that is no longer there.
