An unusual Irish armchair circa 1760. With beautiful outswept arms and wide seat. The seat is in excellent condition having been re-webbed and re-covered. Although showing some old signs of worm, which is not unusual in a walnut chair of this age and some historic repairs which do not detract, this is still a good solid chair full of character. Could be used as an office chair or would grace any other room of the house.
