This lovely large Persian Karaja (pronounced Karaca) is of exceptional design and quality and dates back to the last quarter of the nineteenth century.
It is made of lustrous wool on wool making its feel as luxurious as it’s design with subtle flashes of the most fantastic colour throughout, derived from all vegetable dyes.
It is in perfect condition, suitable for domestic use.
With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non slip underlayer, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
All our rugs are dusted and professionally hand washed at our specialist premises, ready for use.
