Circa 1890. Large carved hardwood Qing Dynasty plant stand. The shaped top with inset variegated white and pink marble inset and a carved dragooned edge above an open fret carved foliate frieze with hawthorn flowers and foliage. Supported on four cabriole legs with foliate carved knees terminating in carved toes with a shaped under stretcher.
