A George III style mahogany book trough, the rectangular top in finely framed mahogany with an elegant fore-edge, the front with a curved support, supporting the 5 divisions with mahogany base and back, supported on ring turned legs finishing on simple pad foot, braced by cruciform stretchers as are the sides, polished on all sides making it free-standing.
