Very comfortable Siesta lounge chair, designed by VB Wilkins for E Gomme (later to become G Plan). Produced in 1956 and designed to give support from the nape of the neck to the back of the knees, having a curved shape within the frame. Newly upholstered including the foam inserts, to meet all current fire regulations. The frame is made of mixed hard woods and has been stripped and oiled.
