Circa 1820. An unusual and stylish mahogany sofa table of diminutive proportions, the top in flame mahogany with two long drop flaps with string inlay throughout, the frieze with two drawers on both sides, one faux, all with an ebony lined fore-edge and a pair of circular handles with a shaped back plates, resting on a pair of trestle ends braced by a polished stretcher issuing four inlay saber legs terminating on a brass block with original castors beneath.
