A delightful Pair of Mid 19th Century Antique English Victorian Staffordshire Pottery Royal Portrait Figures of the Princess Royal { Victoria Adelaide Mary Louise 1840 – 1901 }, H 599, and the Prince of Wales { Edward Albert 1841 – 1910 } ~ H 598, seated on the backs of pet goats. The Princess with her right hand across her waist, her left holding the horns of the goat, wearing a plumed bonnet, blouse, and dress; the Prince with his left arm to his side, his right holding the horns of the goat, wearing a plumed hat and dress. Old hairlines to base of Princess figure.
