A gorgeous traditional Shahsewan Sumak style salt bag. This little piece dates back to the last quarter of the nineteenth century. Made from natural wool, vegetable dyes, this salt bag with intricate detailing is in very good condition and is suitable for normal domestic use, hanging display or even traditional use.
With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
All our rugs are dusted and professionally hand washed at our specialist premises, ready for use.
