A fantastic 1970’s Turkish production of a classic 19th century Shirvan rug.
This is a fantastically crafted rug with stunning vegetable derived colours. It has lovely tightly woven wool on wool foundation.
The rug is in excellent condition with very slight wear and good pile, suitable for normal domestic use.
With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non slip underlayer, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
All our rugs are dusted and professionally hand washed at our specialist premises, ready for use.
