This exquisite French gueridon, or centre table, from the 19th century is in superb condition. It features a stunning black and white marble top with a wide moulded edge and concentric rings designed to prevent spilled liquids from dripping over the sides. The marble top rests on a hexagonal bulbous central column, which is supported by an elegantly carved tri-form base with lion’s paw feet. It is a remarkable specimen of Victorian craftsmanship, boasting a sought-after aged patina and rich colouring that will add both elegance and functionality to any home.
