Handsome Victorian walnut wall clock with double weights in excellent working condition. The beautiful shaped pediment with carved mask sits on columns either side of the central glazed door. The superb quality walnut case is adorned with various sized finials and carvings, houses an eight day striking movement which strikes on the hour and half hour on a gong. It’s stunning ivory coloured 7″ dial holds a decorative chapter ring with roman numerals. It’s brass edged centre has an additional dial for seconds. Like all antiques there are the odd age-related marks but that does not diminish the outstanding quality of this striking clock.
