We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@motiantiques.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address as stated on the invoice and receipt.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). For large, heavy and bulky items, such as framed oil on canvas paintings order processing can take up to 5 business days (Monday – Friday), due to packing and arranging delivery with a courier.
Shipping and Delivery
UK Customers
All items over with a value of £100 or more will be sent by free shipping, that is by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or an equivalent service by another courier. For items under £100, there will be a additional cost of £5 for postage and packaging.
International Customers
All items delivered to international customers will be charged for postage and packaging. and will be sent by international registered, tacked and signed for mail either by Royal Mail International Air Mail, or if worth over £500 and heavy, will be sent by a courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex. Charges will vary according to item value and size, but will not be more than 10% of the item’s purchase price, but as guide small items under £500 will cost £15 to pack and post, medium size items under £500 will be charged at £25, whilst heavy items will be charged at a minimum of £30.
