Payment terms for Purchases
My method of accepting payment is by bank transfer, secure and quickest! I will take personal cheques on certain occasions in the UK. I am not able to accept cards: credit or debit, or PayPal accounts. All amounts must be transferred and cleared before items are shipped. If payments are not received and cleared within TEN DAYS, I retain the right to cancel all transactions.
Shipping Information
My way of shipping is by couriers (such as UPS, DHL for International Items) and Royal Mail, UPS and Parcel Force for UK items. Costs of shipping depends on the size of the item, location for delivery, weight etc. Always for any item to be shipped by any method means I need your full address.
Items that are sent overseas, which may require Import Taxes, are the responsibility of the Buyer.
I want only ‘Happy Customers’ so IF you are unhappy with your purchase, then contact me to sort it out. You have the ‘Right to Cancel’ within fourteen days of receipt, this must be done in writing to THOSE WERE THE DAYS, 5, Park Crescent, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 6AB Informing me that you are Cancelling the Purchase. The item must be returned, which is at your risk and must be securely packaged and insured. If the item is lost or damaged in return transit we will be unable to refund your purchase price and you should call upon you Carrier’s Insurance. If you take it upon yourself to send without insuring the item I will be unable to make any refund.
We will, however, refund the purchase price of the item within fourteen days of receiving it, providing it is received in its original condition. So these are my ‘Terms & Conditions’ which are fair and reasonable.
Privacy Policy
Contact information, including Name, Address, Email, Phone number etc. which are provided by the Buyer (or their Agent) are used only for the completion of the Order and will be destroyed as appropriate or kept in confidence.
